Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz and Blink-182's Mark Hoppus have joined forces to write a song for the Alice In Wonderland soundtrack.
The duo's track for much anticipated Tim Burton remake, starring Johnny Depp as The Mad Hatter, is described by Wentz as being different to either of their bands' output.
He told MTV.com: “We did a song for 'Alice in Wonderland,' and we might do a few more, depending on when Mark goes in with Blink. It sounds nothing like Blink or Fall Out Boy,"
"Mark understands songwriting on a completely different level. It's awesome to have a chance to sit in a room with him and watch him work out a melody.”
According to Variety Magazine, Avril Lavigne has also recorded a track called 'Alice Underground' for the soundtrack.
Alice in Wonderland is released in the UK on March 5th.
