Hole Announce London Shepherds Bush Empire Gig

Hole and Babyshambles have both been added to the NME Awards shows in London next month.

Courtney Love's band, who release their first album in 12 years - 'Nobody's Daughter' - early in 2010, play the Shepherds Bush Empire on February 17.

Meanwhile, Babyshambles will play Camden Town's KOKO on the very same night.

Hole's gig will mark the first time UK fans have seen the new incarnation of the band, featuring Love, Micko Larkin on guitar, Shawn Dailey on bass and Stu Fischer on drums.

Other acts playing NME Awards shows throughout February include Hadouken!, Delphic, Yeasayer, British Sea Power, New Young Pony Club and Simian Mobile Disco.

I think Courtney must prefer having a band behind her to performing alone, everything considered. Cause Linda Perry co-wrote Nobodies Daughter - so why tour with a Hole who's not really Hole? I'm staggered at £80 tickets...it's a bit Madonna ticket prices.....

& The same night at Babyshambles gig, that's not a great move......Many people will opt for Babyshambles given the HUGE tickets costs of Hole (not really Hole)....I have to go as I suspect this is Courtney' last album. Especially given Nobodies Daughter didn't get released on Jan 1 after being put back 722 times already!! Gutted.
