Pete Doherty has been arrested on suspicion of drugs possession at court, just minutes after he escaped a jail sentence.
The Babyshambles star admitted to careless and drink driving after a gig in the city in June.
He was ordered to pay £2,050 in fines and banned from driving for 18-months at Gloucester Crown Court this morning.
But just moments after the hearing Doherty was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled drug.
The singer was taken from the court to the police station over the road by two police officers.
The arrest comes just weeks after Doherty was taken into custody in Germany following an altercation outside a pub.
