If you thought the rumours of Billy Corgan and Jessica Simpson dating couldn't possibly be true, the 'couple' have been spotted leaving a posh restaurant in New York together.
The images taken outside The Ritz Carlton add fire to the media claims that The Smashing Pumpkins frontman is in an unlikely relationship with the pop star.
A new report by People Magazine in the US claims they're both taking things “slow”, writing: "They are getting to know each other. He's a nice guy."
Gigwise readers have expressed their disgust at the alleged relationship, with one writing: “What would Siamese Dream era Billy Corgan think of this new Billy Corgan? Billy focus on your talent!
“Only in this millenium could a talent like Billy be ignored and replaced with crap like My Chemical Romance. These young people make me sick.”
65% of Gigwise readers also thing Billy and Jessica are a nightmarish combination.
