La Roux's Elly Jackson has accused John & Edward of copying her quiff.
The 21-year-old singer even reckons that the X Factor reject twins owe her money.
She said: “They were great. When I saw them I was like: 'Come on boys, copyright. Cough up.’
“I really think they’re brilliant and we’re having a competition for the biggest quiff.”
Despite her admiration for the Irish pair, Elly continued to the Daily Star that she hates The X Factor.
“I refuse to watch The X Factor. I have a massive problem with the show - but not the actual contestants.
“I just know what it does to people in the industry. It totally overshadows new artists who have been struggling for years writing their own albums and playing in bars.
“Then someone comes along who has sung on a show for two weeks and gets a No 1,” she told the Daily Star.
