Susan Boyle's debut album 'I Dreamed A Dream' already looks certain to become one of the fastest selling albums in the UK this decade.
The Britain's Got Talent runner-up shifted 130,000 copies of the record on the first day alone and will easily surpass JLS' seven day sales of 230,000 – a figure which previously earned them the fastest selling album of the year title.
According to the official charts company, Boyle will join ranks with Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys, Oasis, Take That and Leona Lewis who are amongst the top sellers of the 2000s.
'I Dreamed A Dream' features the eponymous title track plus the 48-year-old Scot's take on The Rolling Stones' 'Wild Horses', Madonna's 'You'll See' and The Monkee's 'Daydream Believer'.
