Last year's X Factor runner-ups JLS have knocked Cheryl Cole from the top of the UK album chart with their eponymous debut.
As well as toppling Cole – who slipped to number seven - JLS also beat Robbie Williams to number one selling around 2,000 more copies than second placed 'Reality Killed The Video Star'.
Elsewhere in the top ten, Biffy Clyro debuted at number eight with their fifth studio album, while Foo Fighters slipped to nine.
Over on the singles chart, Black Eyed Peas secured the top spot with 'Meet Me Halfway' ahead of 2006 X Factor winner Leona Lewis' new song 'Happy', according to the Official Charts Company.
