Calvin Harris was booted out of The X Factor studios last night after he invaded the stage during John and Edward's performance.
While the Irish twins were singing their rendition of Queen's 'Under Pressure', Harris ran on stage and grabbed one of the pair while holding a pineapple to his head.
Following the invasion, Harris tweeted: "Was just thrown out of X Factor for jumping onstage during Jedward with a pineapple on my head."
Harris was due to be interviewed on the Xtra Factor but unimpressed bosses axed his appearance.
X Factor presenter Dermot O'Leary said: "I saw it from the side of the stage. It was one of those moments where everyone just stopped and said 'who's that?'. The boys were terrific to just carry on."
Simon Cowell later called Harris an “idiot” who got the publicity he was after.

- Go Calvin! Or should I say Jarvis Cocker!

- Calvin Harris is shit, this doesn't change anything...

- Did he do this because Jedward weren't born in the Eighties? A bit pathetic really and 10,000 leagues below Jarvis in the Smug Indie Idiot Pitch Invasion stakes.
