Morrissey is set to feature on long-running radio show Desert Island Discs later this month.
The Smiths legend's edition of the show will be aired on BBC Radio4 at 11.15am on Sunday November 29.
The Radio 4 website reads: “Morrissey talks to presenter Kirsty Young about his life, his career and about how he would cope on BBC Radio 4's mythical desert island.”
Desert Island Discs first aired in 1942 and according to the Guiness Book of Records is the longest-running radio show in the history of radio.
On the show 'castaways' choose eight pieces of music, a book and a luxury item they would take with them if they were stranded on an island.
