Michael Jackson's 'This Is It' has been knocked off the top of the UK box office after just one week.
The film, which depicts Michael Jackson's rehearsals in his final days, was displaced by Disney's 'A Christmas Carol' starring Jim Carrey as Scrooge.
Despite falling to number two on the box office, 'This Is It' is still a huge British success raking in over £8million since its release and well over £100million globally.
The original two-week run was extended until the end of November too with Jeff Blake, chairman of Sony Pictures Worldwide Marketing & Distribution, saying: “With this kind of global response, it’s clear that the motion picture deserves an extended run."
