Eminem played his first full concert in four years at the Voodoo Art and Music Experience festival in New Orleans on Saturday (October 31).
The rapper's 75-minute set fused songs from recent album 'Relapse' with hits from his back catalogue.
Eminem was backed for the performance by a full rock band, who were dressed in Halloween skeleton outfits.
The rapper was also joined during his set by members of hip-hop collective D12, who performed two songs including 'Purple Pills'.
Voodoo organiser Steve Rehage told USA Today the festival had secured Eminem's appearance during a “fast, quick and easy negotiation”.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper returned earlier this year with 'Relapse', his first new studio album since 2004's 'Encore'.
He is currently working on a sequel to the album, which is expected before 2010.
