Yeasayer are to release a new song online today (October 30), it's been announced.

The track, entitled 'Ambling Amp', is taken from the group's forthcoming second album 'Odd Blood'.

It was previewed for the first time during Yeasayer's recent UK support dates with Bat For Lashes and can be downloaded for free from their official website.

'Odd Blood' was recorded earlier this year at studios in Woodstock, New York and New York City.

The album is due to be released on February 8.
