Deftones are set to play a benefit show in Los Angeles next month for their bassist Chi Cheng.
Cheng came out of his coma in May seven months after a horrific car crash left him fighting for his life. He later underwent surgery in August to relieve pressure on his brain.
The benefit show takes place at the Avalon Theater in Los Angeles on November 19 with all proceeds going towards paying off Cheng's medical bills.
Further details of the show are expected to be announced later today.
An instrumental song 'A Song For Chi' was released as a download in August featuring contributions from Metallica, Korn and Slipknot stars amongst many more.
