Mumford & Sons are planning a two week tour of India, singer Marcus Mumford has revealed.
The folk act celebrated the release of their acclaimed debut album 'Sigh No More' with a 'hoe down' at the Lordship Farm in Standon, Hertfordshire on Monday night where Marcus outlined their plans.
He told BBC6music: "There’s a plan afoot to go to India in December for two weeks, with an Indian band called Indian Ocean who are like the Indian version of Fleet Foxes.
"Then there’s a plan to possibly go to Australia, so we’re going to try and combine with the international tours, so we can all play together a bit more."
The hoe down featured a guest appearance from Laura Marling who sang Dolly Parton's hit 'Jolene' with the band.
Mumford & Sons' UK tour continues in Bath tonight and winds up in London on October 24.
