The Masterpeace Festival started in 2004, and was nominated for 'Best New Festival of the Year', with the likes of Glade and Bestival for attracting new attention.

The MasterPeace festival is a hilly knees up that will take place in the Yorkshire Dales. The 12 hectare site accomodates a boutique festival vibe with huge circus tent, cabaret, a wide array of DJ's and artists and, best of all, toilets that actually flush.
