Tom Clarke Says The Enemy Are Better Than Keane

The Enemy's Tom Clarke has launched a verbal attack on Keane saying the trio are not as good as his band.

In a seemingly unprovoked outburst the mini singer said “I was with a mate in a restaurant recently. When Keane came on he made the manager turn it off because it was affecting his digestion.”.

In an odd battle for supremacy Clarke believes his set at this years V Festival was better than Keane's too as he stated, “"I like playing before bands that aren't as good as us. It gives you a bit of a buzz - especially after our storming performance at V”

The Coventry based miser went on to say that Keane's hit single 'Spiralling' sounds like the Byker Grove theme tune.

    • This is rubbish! I saw both sets by both bands at the front of the crowd at V and Keane were amazing and the highlight of the day while the Enemy were an aggressive, druggy pile of crap with a singer who can't sing and looks about 5 years old and guitar that sounds like it is being played by a child. The Enemy Have embarrassed themselves by even suggesting they are better than Keane. Look at the record sales, Tom-Can't-Sing -Clarke.

    • I could think of a more fitting word beginning with C to describe the singer but I won't stoop to his pathetic level. Besides, the soundwaves wouldn't penetrate his mousy haircut to reach his ears. No wonder it sounds like they can't hear themselves when they play live.

    • I've heard the both of em and they're as bad as eachother, musically speaking. If this wop in the enemy thinks he's got the musical spectrum sussed, he needs to think again. arse. complete arse
