Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine, is to receive $1million a year from the late singer's estate.
The sum, disclosed in court papers in Los Angeles, will be split between Katherine and Michael's three children – Prince Michael I, Paris and Price Michael II.
Katherine, 79, who was awarded permanent custody of her son's children, is to receive $26,804 a month, which will cover the costs of a housekeeper, driver and other expenses.
The singer's children will have a monthly allowance of $60,000. It is not clear how this will be spent.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff, who has been presiding over dealings to do with the singer's estate, has scheduled a court hearing in October for a progress update on Michael's children, according to the BBC.
Michael Jackson died on June 25 at his rented home in Los Angeles of acute Propofol intoxication.
An investigation into the singer's death, which has been ruled homicide by the coroner, has come to focus on his reported addiction to prescription drugs.
