Janet Jackson has released a surprise new single for free via her official website.
The singer said the song, entitled 'Make Me', was a “very special gift” for her fans.
The song is thought to be the first single from Jackson's as-yet-untitled new album, which is scheduled for release next year.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Janet paid tribute to her late brother Michael Jackson at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York last night.
The singer performed a special rendition of 'Scream' – the song she recorded with her late brother.
Pink, Mya and Madonna were among the other musicians who also took part in a special dedication to the King of Pop.
