Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has revealed he's finding it “very difficult” to remember things for his autobiography.
Little, Brown and Company are due to publish the as-yet-untitled book in 2010.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Richards confirmed he was working on the project with friend and writer James Fox.
But he said: “I’m trying to remember things, which is very difficult.”
Meanwhile, Richards also said he had recorded songs with White Stripes and Dead Weather star Jack White.
“I enjoy working with Jack,” the guitarist said. “We’ve done a couple of tracks.”
And when asked about the chances of a new Rolling Stones album, he replied: "I’m trying to gather the boys together.
“One way or another, I’ll get them back in line.”
