Noel Gallagher got royally smashed at the official U2 after party in London in the early hours of Saturday, leaving the exclusive event on a friends shoulders.
The bladdered Oasis man was one of an array of special guests who convened on Home House Private Members Club following the first of two U2 shows at Wembley Stadium.
Also in attendance was Roman Abramovich, Brian Eno, Bono, The Edge, Gary Lightbody, Damien Hirst, Bill Nighy, Will Champion and Richard Curtis.
Noel left the club in high spirits in the early hours with his friend Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich and proceeded to climb on top of another pal's shoulders in front of the waiting paparazzi.
After entertaining the media scrum on Portman Square for some time, the 42-year-old clambered into a taxi with Ulrich and his girlfriend Sara MacDonald.
