Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson has landed a roll in the new St Trinian's movie – as Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding's boyfriend.
The 31-year-old debut film role will see him play school girl Harding's rock star boyfriend.
A 'source' told the Daily Mirror: "The casting agents were looking for someone to play Sarah's boyfriend and they wanted a rocker. Ricky was perfect.”
Wilson is friends with Girls Aloud and even performed tambourine with them on their ITV Christmas Special in 2008.
'St Trinian's, The Legend of Fritton's Gold' will hit cinemas on December 18 and features actors including Rupert Everett, Colin Firth and David Tennant.
