Michael Jackson's father, Joseph, has claimed the singer did have a secret son.
In an interview with NewsOne/TVOne, Joseph was asked about recent reports that Jackson had fathered Omer Bhatti, 25, following a one-night stand in Oslo in 1984.
"Yes, I knew he had another son. Yes I did," Joseph said.
"He looks like a Jackson. He acts like a Jackson. He can dance like a Jackson. This boy is a fantastic dancer."
When asked if Bhatti would be part of the Jackson family's future, Joseph replied:"I don't know. I can't say that yet until I see it happen."
The 80-year-old's claims come despite Bhatti apparently telling a newspaper last week that he was not Jackson's secret child.
The Norwegian, who sat in the front row of the singer's memorial service last month, told the Daily Mirror Jackson was just “my best friend”.
'Custody Deal'
Meanwhile, reports today claim Jackson's mother, Katherine, is to take full, permanent custody of the singer's three children.
Katherine, 79, is understood to have struck an out-of-court agreement with Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe, which will see Rowe granted "meaningful visitation rights".
Rowe, who was divorced from Jackson in 1999, is the mother of his two eldest children – Prince Michael, 12, and Paris Katherine, 11.
The singer has another child, seven-year-old Prince Michael, by an undisclosed surrogate.
A lawyer for Katherine told NBC's The Early Show that the agreement “is not a money deal”.
