On the final date of their imminent tour, at the Hammersmith Apollo on April 19, the Manic Street Preachers are to give away a free EP titled ‘God Save The Manics’.
However fans not attending that date need not worry as ‘Picturesque’, ‘Secret Society’, and ‘Firefight’ will all be available to download from the band’s official site from April 20. ‘Firefight’ is the second Manics song to be penned by singer James Dean Bradfield.
The ‘Past/Present/Future’ tour begins tonight (Sunday) and sees the band calling at intimate venues, having done an arena tour at the end of last year. Support comes from the Delays.
