Amy Winehouse has walked free from court after being cleared of assault.
The 25-year-old singer was alleged to have punched dancer Sheren Flash after she asked for an autograph backstage at a Berkeley Square, London charity event last September.
Flash told London Magistrate's court that she was left “crying and shocked” after she was allegedly hit above the right eye.
However early this afternoon, Winehouse was cleared of the assault charge after the singer said she only pushed Flash away because she was “scared”.
Wino's lawyer Patrick Gibbs earlier told the court: "The main injury here was probably to Miss Flash's pride."
