US rapper 50 Cent's long-awaited new album 'Before I Self Destruct' will be released on September 29.
The album, which features production from Dr Dre and Timbaland, was originally due last out year.
50 Cent told MTV: "My album - it's perfect, I feel. I'm ready. I'm ready to put this album out. I really don't need adjustments.
“I need a few songs to be finished, mixed. Dre, he drags his feet. He's slow, but it's because he's so creative. He's gonna make sure it's perfect. I'm never mad at it. I understand that process from him.”
'Before I Self Destruct' was originally due out last December, but was postponed so producer Dr Dre could work on Eminem's recent album 'Relapse'
The album is the follow up to 50 Cent's 2007 number two, 'Curtis'.
