Pete Doherty's curfew was relaxed yesterday (July 17) so he could attend a family meal to celebrate his sister's graduation.
Doherty is restricted to a 7pm curfew following his arrest last month on suspicion of dangerous driving.
But magistrates extended the curfew to midnight last night so the Babyshambles star could attend his sister's party, according to the Press Association.
Doherty's sister is due to graduate today (July 18), although the singer will miss the ceremony because of a scheduled gig in Latvia.
Doherty was arrested last month after the car he was driving was stopped by Gloucestershire police in the early hours of the morning.
Police found £35 worth of heroin in the vehicle, while fifteen wraps of the drug, with a street value of £300, were also found at the singer's home in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
He pleaded guilty to two offences of drugs possession and driving without a licence or insurance, but denied a charge of dangerous driving and entered no plea to a drink-driving allegation.
Doherty is due to go on trial at Gloucester Crown Court August 11.
