Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil are due to divorce in London later today, it's been confirmed.
A judge is expected to grant a Decree Nisi at the Family Division of the High Court.
Under judicial rules, the pair will have to wait six weeks and one day before the decree is unconditionally approved.
Fielder-Civil, who married the singer in 2007, began divorce proceedings in January on the grounds of her alleged infidelity.
Winehouse's spokesman told The Daily Mirror: “She is ready to move on following the end of the marriage.
"Amy has not had any contact with Blake for months and is focusing on the future. She is finishing her album and in good health."
The couple married in Miami two years ago but have faced a constant string of personal problems, including Winehouse’s drug addiction.
Fielder-Civil was jailed last year after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a pub landlord and perverting the course of justice. He has since been released.
Meanwhile, Winehouse returned from a seven-month holiday in St Lucia on Monday in order to record her third album.
