US rapper Lil' Wayne has postponed his much anticipated European tour, which included two shows in London.
The rapper has been ordered to take “doctor-mandated rest”, a statement said.
Lil' Wayne was due to begin the first of ten shows in Paris today.
He was also set to play two nights at London's Hammersmith Apollo on July 6 and 7 with Kid Cudi.
The gigs would have marked only the fourth time the rapper has played in the UK.
In a statement, his record company said: "Lil Wayne extends an apology to his fans for the short notice of this postponement.
"But [he] looks forward to returning for the performances and visitation with his fans.”
Fans have been told to keep their tickets as the shows are due to be rescheduled for a later date.
