Dave Gahan's health continues to wreak havoc on Depeche Mode's European tour with the trio being forced to cancel another three dates, taking their tally to nine axed shows.
Gahan was struck down with gastroenteritis hours before he was set to take the stage in Athens, Greece on May 12.
His illness went on to prompt the cancellation of shows in Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia.
And now upcoming concerts in Poland, Latvia and Lithuania have been scrapped to allow Gahan to fully recover in time for a May 30 show at London's O2 Arena.
A band statement reads, "Doctors have advised that more time is needed to allow singer, Dave Gahan, to fully recover from his recent illness and ensure that the tour can resume shortly.
“Depeche Mode apologise to all their fans for this inconvenience and wish Dave a speedy recovery."
