Arctic Monkey's Alex Turner 'Moving To USA For Alexa Chung'

Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner is reported to have “caused a stink” with his band mates over plans to move to America.

Turner is understood to be leaving the UK to live with girlfriend Alex Chung, who is scheduled to begin work on a new TV show in the US.

An unnamed source said the singer “can't bear to be parted” from Chung.

“The thought of being separated for months on end, with her trying to get TV work in America while he is in the UK, was too much for him,” the source told The Sun newspaper.

“He’s madly in love. It has caused a stink with the other boys because it’s going to make co-ordinating band business a hell of a lot more difficult, but they’re happy for him.”

Turner and Chung began dating each other publicly in 2007 following months of speculation.

Arctic Monkeys are due to release their as-yet-untitled third album later this year.
