Ladytron, Femi Kuti To Headline Standon Calling

Femi Kuti, Ladytron, The Whip and Michachu have all been announced for 2009's Standon Calling festival in Hertfordshire.

Also joining the bill today are Ed Harcourt, Chrome Hoof, We Have Band, Casio Kids, Josh Weller, Selfish Cunt and Son of Dave.

Standon Calling originally began as the birthday party of founder Alex Trenchard and has since expanded into a 3000 people, two day event.

Tickets for the festival are on sale now costing £89 for the weekend with camping with a £2.50 booking fee going to the Phoenix Futures charity.
