Fans of No Doubt need not despair, Gwen Stefani has revealed that she and the band are excitedly preparing to do a new album.
Speculation has been rife that the band would be no more with Stefani’s solo career going into overdrive and eclipsing her work with the Californian outfit.
But on breakingnews.ie the star has revealed she is looking forward to getting back to work with the band, she says: "We're flirting about doing another record. I think it's been really inspiring for us to kinda break apart and do our own thing and get kind of excited about each other.”
"The idea of going home now and working with those guys seems really comfortable after going out and working with all these amazingly talented people that I worked with."
She also revealed to the NME this week that she was desperate to get Andre 3000 of Outkast to work on her solo album: “He was at the top of my list because if I was a boy, I would be Andre. I was always excited about coming into the studio to see what he was going to be wearing.”
