Kaiser Chiefs guitarist Andrew White has launched a scathing attack on Oasis’ Noel Gallagher.
White accused the fellow guitarist of not fully appreciating music and being “a bitter old man”.
His comments follow both bands’ bitter feuding last year, which appeared to end when Kaiser Chiefs singer Ricky Wilson said he couldn’t be “bothered talking about it anymore”.
In an interview with The Sun newspaper, White said: “We have no time for him (Noel Gallagher).
"Music is an art but he doesn’t appreciate music for what it is.”
Making reference to their feud last year, White added: “He started it. It shows what a bitter old man he has become.”
The two British groups became involved in a war of words in August when Oasis' Noel Gallagher compared the Leeds band to the Monkees.
The Kaiser Chiefs then responded, joking about Gallagher's age and the timing of his comments - just before the release of Oasis' latest album.
But Wilson then attempted to play down the rivalry, saying it had all become a bit too much.
