US rapper Jay-Z is set to appear on Amy Winehouse’s new album, according to reports.
The rapper, who previously remixed the singer’s hit ‘Rehab’, is said to be keen to work with the star again.
”Amy has a really powerful voice, it is so distinctive and beautiful,” he told The Sun newspaper.
“Hopefully in the future we could get together and work on some new material – I’d love to work with her again.”
As previously reported on Gigwise, Mark Ronson is thought to be producing Winehouse’s new album after initial demos were rejected by her record label.
Ronson produced Winehouse’s critically acclaimed second record, ‘Back To Black’.
The singer's as-yet-untitled third LP is expected to be released this year.
