M.I.A. has been added to the line up for next month's Coachella Festival in Los Angeles.

The singer, who gave birth last month, will perform on the Saturday April 18th, organisers have announced.

As previously reported on Gigwise, this year's festival will feature headline performances from The Killers and Sir Paul McCartney.

The Cure and Morrissey will also perform at the event, which takes place from April 17th-19th.
