A screenplay written by the late US rapper Tupac Shakur is to be adapted in a Hollywood movie, it's been reported.
Live 2 Tell tells the story of a former drug dealer who is battling to overcome his past.
The rapper is believed to have written the screenplay in 1995 during a stint in prison and had originally planned to appear in the project.
All Hip Hop reports that the movie will be produced by Preston Holmes, whose credits include the 2005 movie Hustle and Flow.
Casting on the project, which will be released in 2010, is to begin next month.
Shakur was killed in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas which remains unsolved. The rapper was inducted into the Hip-Hop Hall of Fame in 2002.
