Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has revealed that listening to Lady GaGa made his teeth hurt.

Gallagher spoke briefly about the chart-topping American star in a blog to fans – but confessed his more immediate problem was finding out who the singer was.

“Spent the day in bed yesterday nursing a bad head. For some reason I watched MTV’s European Top 10. Fuck me, it was painful,” he wrote.

“Leona Lewis doing Snow Patrol? Ouch! Kings Of Leon doing U2? Ouch! The Killers doing fancy dress? Ouch!

“Lady Gaga? (I may be showing my age here but who’s Lady Gaga?). It made my teeth hurt! MY TEETH!!”

Oasis are currently in Italy on the European leg of their world tour, which includes a host of festival dates in the summer.

  • Not just the Beatles, he is a fan of many other bands. He just knows good music when he hears it, and he said it exactly right, Lady Gaga is awful.

  • Who gives a flying one. He doesn't like most modern artist because he is clearly stuck in some sort of time warp. Lady Gaga, Leona Lewis,and the Killers are fine artist. Lady Gaga knows pop like the back of her hand, Leona Lewis has a sweet vocal range, and the Killers have very creative minds. Any music he hates is clearly something he doesn't understand or something he has personal grudge against.
