Lily Allen Admits To Singing Lessons

Lily Allen has admitted to taking her first singing lesson in over a decade in New York yesterday.

The 23-year-old singer made the short revelation on her Twitter page, telling her 12,000 'followers': “I had a singing lesson this afternoon, first one for 10 years. Watch this space.....”

The star, who looks certain to do a chart double in the UK this week with her single 'The Fear' and album 'It's Not Me, It's You', also enthused about her Myspace secret show at the Bowery Ballroom, saying: “Gig last night was amazing if I say so myself.”
