Chris Brown has been dropped from a Wrigley's chewing gum publicity campaign after being arrested in connection with assaulting a woman.
The 19-year-old was due to head the Wrigley's Doublemint campaign, but the company has confirmed the singer has been suspended from all the ads "until the matter is resolved".
Brown has also withdrew from an NBA All-Star basketball game in Phoenix on Sunday as a result of the charges.
Although police are yet to formally identify an alleged victim, TMZ.com claims it is Brown's partner Rihanna.
The website claims the injuries were “horrific” with “two huge contusions” which have swelled up on both sides of her forehead.
