The Who have been named as the favourites to play the coveted half-time slot at next year's Super Bowl.
Rolling Stone magazine conducted a poll with their readers asking them who they would like to follow in Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band's footsteps and perform at the final at the Dolphin Stadium in Miami on February 7, 2010.
Springsteen himself voted for Coldplay to take the baton, however readers shunned the English band completely and they didn't even make the top ten.
Bands who made the top ten include Red Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zeppelin and Neil Young.
