Alexa Chung: 'Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner Is My House Husband'

TV presenter Alexa Chung has claimed she has turned her boyfriend, Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, into her house husband.

Chung, who has been dating the singer for nearly two years, said Turner was in charge of keeping their London home tidy.

"He is a very neat, clean boy and unfortunately I am a really messy girl,” she told the Mirror newspaper.

"My clothes are strewn all over the place so he has to do most of the tidying up.

"He's acting the part of house husband at the moment. Being tidy is not one of my strengths."

As previously reported on Gigwise, the Arctic Monkeys are currently putting the finishing touches to their third album.

The band previewed a number of new tracks during recent live shows in Australia.
