Actor Orlando Bloom performed live in Los Angeles yesterday (February 5th) as part of his role as a rock star in a new movie.
Bloom is currently shooting scenes across the city for Sympathy for Delicious, which also stars Juliette Lewis.
The gig at The Palace saw the actor’s character have a furious bust up with fellow wheelchair-bound band mate Dean O'Dwyer, played by Christopher Thornton.
Fans were invited to appear as extras in the audience, and posed for pictures with members of the cast.
The comedy, which has been written by Thornton, tells the story of newly paralyzed DJ’s experimentation with faith healing.
Mark Ruffalo and Laura Linney also appear in the movie, which is expected to reach cinemas before the end fo 2009.
