Mark Ronson has confirmed that he is to produce tracks on Robbie Williams' new album.
Ronson told BBC 6 Music that the pair will travel to Los Angeles this spring to complete work on a song originally penned for the singer's last album.
“He was always fascinated with it so it’s not really a new thing. I am planning to go out to LA so we can finish it together,” he said.
Williams' collaboration with Ronson was originally revealed by his manager last month.
Tim Clark said the singer had recorded a “very interesting song” with the producer, who was responsible for Amy Winehouse's 2006 album 'Back To Black'.
Williams, who is due to enter the studio in March or April, has also written tracks with former songwriter partner Guy Chambers and Soul Mekanik.
The former Take That star's new album, which is due out before the end of 2009, will be his last with EMI.
