This year's Glastonbury Festival has sold out, almost five months before the event will take place.
Tickets sales have been boosted by an early ticket scheme which opened last October.
The scheme enabled fans to secure tickets for the Somerset festival by paying a £50 reserve, instead of the full amount of £175. They then had to complete their full payment by February 1st.
Organiser Emily Eavis told the BBC: “We're chuffed to bits, especially when you look at the weather outside.
"It's shaping up to be another vintage year with a brilliant line up to be unveiled in June."
Nearly 3000 tickets remained unsold for last year's Glastonbury festival a day before the event began.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young and Blur have all been linked to this year's event, which will take place from June 26th-28th.
