US rapper DMX has been jailed for 90 days and placed on a minimum of 18-months supervised probation.
The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, pleaded guilty last month as part of a deal to settle three cases.
The charges included one count of theft, one count of a narcotic drug and one count of possession of marijuana.
He also agreed not to possess firearms or own any animals.
Simmons was arrested on several of occasions throughout 2008.
He had been held in Maricopa County Jail since pleading guilty in a court in Arizona last month.
