Sir Paul McCartney's son, James, will release a solo this year, reports claim.
The 31-year-old is understood to have spent the last two years recording the record alongside the former Beatle.
He has also worked with former members of The Dead 60s on the project.
"James is a very talented singer and an exceptional guitarist,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“He is actually as good a guitarist as his father and has written some excellent tunes with very good, strong lyrics.”
The source added that James's music was “in the mould of Nirvana”, but also “quite mellow”.
Sir Paul described his son's solo material as “sensational” shortly after the pair began working with each other last year.
James has previously featured as a guitarist on a number of his father's solo releases.
