A twenty-nine-year-old man has died after collapsing at a Slipknot concert in Iowa on Sunday (January 25th).
Cory Nikels collapsed on the concourse at the Mid America Center in Council Bluffs shortly after the concert ended.
Friends of Nickels, who had a history of heart problems, said he had been complaining of feeling unwell.
According to Radio Iowa, paramedics administered CPR to the Slipknot fan at the venue before he was rushed to hospital where he died.
Local authorities said around 30 people were treated for injuries after the concert, which formed part of Slipknot's extensive US tour.
