Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood and his 20 year-old girlfriend, Ekaterina Ivanova, have denied reports they are expecting a child together.
In a joint statement, the pair said the claims, sparked after Ivanova was pictured in a flowing dress, were “ridiculous”.
“We would like to make it clear that Ekaterina is not pregnant,” the statement added.
Wood and Ivanova were spotted earlier this week shopping at Barney's of New York in Manhattan.
The dress worn by Ivanova during their trip was described by one newspaper as a “maternity style frock”.
The guitarist is understood to have begun dating the Russian waitress last summer.
