Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell has been mocked in a spoof video of one of the band’s songs.
The film, posted on YouTube, features a Borrell ‘look-a-like’ – Jonni Music - singing a re-written version of ‘America’, entitled ‘Pre-Occupied With War’.
The new lyrics include the lines: “All my life, I’ve needed a colander / All my life, an ordinary kitchen colander. Oh Oh Oh…using my hands to strain pasta.”
The video, which sees Jonni Music dressed in Borrell’s trademark low-cut white t-shirt and jeans, has already become a big hit on the video sharing website.
One user, Suzie Kennedy, described the song as an “absolute classic”.
