Michael Jackson surprised fans on Wednesday (January 14th) when he was spotted leaving a health centre in Los Angeles wearing a surgical mask.
The singer, who denied recently that he was suffering a from a lung disease, was accompanied to the clinic by his son, Prince Michael Jackson II.
Despite leaving through the centre's rear entrance, Jackson was still surrounded by fans when he tried to get into a waiting vehicle.
According to the Sun newspaper, the singer signed an number of autographs before leaving.
As previously reported on Gigwise, Jackson recently located to Los Angeles in order to re-launch his singing career.
The singer, 50, has signed a year-long lease on a French château-style property in the Bel Air neighbourhood, which includes a private cinema.
Jackson's spokesman, Tohme Tohme, told the LA Times that the singer wanted to be closer to "where all the action (in the entertainment industry) is".

- The press needs to leave him alone. They have a comment for every thing he dose. It's sad that he can't even shop, eat, or seek medical treatment with out the tabloid junkies and the regular trash talkers haveing something to say. He is a mayjor super star leave him alone!!!

- i think he's the greatest person that ever lived. I mean he donated more dan 300 million dollars to charity in his life time and the tabloids can never focus on the positives that he does. They always focus on the mistakes that he's made. I think the tabloids should relax because he's only human. Tabloids always make up bullshit about him that isn't true. Just LEAVE him alone.
